The BC Natural Resources Forum attracts over 1,000 delegates to Prince George each year, making it one of the largest conferences in Northern BC . The 2019 Forum included a huge contingent of federal, provincial and local government leaders, as well as continuing strong interest, support and attendance by First Nation leaders, representatives from resource developers and service and supply sectors that are the foundation of our resource economy.
The 17th Annual BC Natural Resources Forum will be hosted January 28-30, 2020 at the Prince George Civic and Conference Centre (808 Canada Games Way, Prince George, BC V2L 5T6).
Full conference registration includes access to all sessions, the sold-out tradeshow, conference materials, ticketed meals, refreshment breaks, tradeshow receptions, and an unforgettable experience!

The pre-conference workshops are not included in the delegate registration fee and must be purchased separately.
Hotel accommodations and travel are not included in the registration fee, although attendees can access and book select hotel accommodations at discounted rates here (subject to availability). Please note, payment will be collected in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Registration cancellations received in writing at the BC Natural Resources Forum Secretariat’s address (email@example.com) before November 28, 2019 (11:59 PM PST) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a CAD $25.00 administrative fee.
There will be no refunds for cancelled registrations after November 28, 2019.
Substitutions/transfers of registration will be allowed and should be completed prior to January 21, 2020. This can be done by re-accessing your online registration.
Any stop-payments will be subject to a $50 processing fee. In the unlikely event that the Forum is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
All travel, including airfare and local transportation is the responsibility of conference attendees themselves.
The official opening ceremony will begin at early on Wednesday, January 29, 2020.
However, the Forum is hosting a Pre-Banquet Tradeshow Reception (all delegates invited) and the Celebrating Natural Resources Banquet starting at 4:00 and 6:00PM, respectively, on the evening of Tuesday, January 28.
In addition, several organizations are holding pre-conference events, so please factor that into your arrival schedule. You can check the website for a list of partnership events that are open for registration.
The program will be largely available on the Conference App. More details about the App will be available shortly.
We will also have a limited number of printed programs for quick reference, but we encourage you to bring your own electronic device if you have one.
