When does early bird registration close?
Early bird registration for BCNRF 2026 will close on November 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

Who attends the Forum?
In 2025 the BC Natural Resources Forum attracted over 1,500 delegates, making it the largest multi-sector resource conference in Western Canada! The 2025 Forum included a large contingent of federal, provincial and local government leaders, as well as continuing strong interest, support and attendance by First Nation leaders, representatives from resource developers and service and supply sectors that are the foundation of our resource economy.

What is included in my registration fee?
Registration includes access to plenary sessions, two networking receptions, the sold-out tradeshow, and all coffee and nutrition breaks.
Please note that conference registration does not include access to workshops, the Opposition Breakfast, the Celebrating Natural Resources Banquet, the Ministers' Breakfast, or the Keynote Luncheons. Tickets for these events are available as optional add-ons to your standard registration.

What is the Government Pass?
The Government Pass is an all-inclusive registration pass offered at a reduced rate for representatives of federal, provincial, territorial, and local governments, and crown corporations. It includes the full conference program and meals at the Prince George Conference and Civic Centre. A limited number of government passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What options do you offer for Indigenous participation?
Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors BCNRF has a limited number of complimentary passes for elected leadership from BC Indigenous communities to ensure strong Indigenous participation in the Forum.
